• 1. The parent/guardian is liable for non-refundable enrolment fee, payable in advance in full before the Learner will be allowed to participate in the classes. 2. Fees are payable in advance at the beginning of each term 3. Fees shall not be reimbursed should a learner be absent for any reason 4. There will be no sessions during school holidays and public holidays. In the event that an instructor is unable to attend a class, written notice will be sent out to reschedule the class for any alternative day convenient to us. 5. If you wish to terminate this agreement, we require at least 1 (one) full terms written notice of your intention to do so. I, the parent/ guardian agree that my child will attend Little Scientists. I agree to pay all fees in advance at the start of each term. I agree that sessions and activities are voluntary, and I accept the risks involved. I thereby indemnify and hold Little Scientists and the school at which services are provided, harmless against any claims resulting from death, injury or losses which the Learner may incur in terms of services rendered in this agreement, except in the event of gross negligence on our part as in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. 11.
